Using a food processor, chop the bell peppers and radishes until they are very fine.
Transfer the veggies to a medium-large pot. Add the tomato paste, oil, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt. Stir until well mixed. Heat on medium for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
If the potatoes are large, peel them. If they are baby potatoes, leave them unpeeled. Cut the potatoes into one-bite pieces.
Add the potatoes, peas, and water to the pot. Stir.
Put a lid on the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir. Reduce the heat to medium low. Cook for 10 additional minutes.
Stir. Cook for 10 more minutes. When done, the potatoes will be soft.
