Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Finely dice the radishes.
  2. Cut the dark green ends off of the green onions. Finely dice the dark ends.
  3. Remove the pit from the avocado, and scoop the flesh into a shallow bowl. Mash the avocado until it’s mostly smooth.
  4. Add the radishes, green onions, lemon juice, and salt to the avocado. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Chill for an hour for the flavors to develop.
