Ingredients

eggs

butternut squash puree
1/2
cup
old fashioned oats

Himalayan salt
non-stick spray
Instructions
Blend all ingredients.
Heat griddle on medium heat.
Spoonfuls ~ 2 Tbsp per pancake. Cook 1-2 minutes. Flip when the bubbles are starting to pop. Cook 1 -2 minutes.
Continue until all of the batter is cooked.

:
Drizzle with maple syrup.
Top with honey butter.
Serve with brie or goat cheese topped with finely diced dried cranberries.
Served with herb goat cheese.
