Ingredients

English cucumber

vine ripened tomato

fresh basil leaves

cottage cheese
lactose free if need
Instructions
Peel the cucumber.
Dice the cucumber. Set aside.
Dice the tomato. Set aside.
Finely chop the basil.
Place 1/3 of the diced cucumber in the serving dish. Sprinkle 1/3 of the basil on top. Layer 1/3 of the diced tomato in the dish. Spread ΒΌ cup cottage cheese on top. Repeat until out of ingredients.
