Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon.
  2. Place the cucumber and lemon slices and the lemon balm leaves into a large drink dispenser.
  3. Add the water.
  4. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Recipe Notes

Notes: The water with the cucumber, lemon, and lemon balm can be stored in the refrigerator for a day.  If you remove the cucumber, lemon, and lemon balm, the infused water can be stored in the refrigerator for multiple days.

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Garnish with a lemon balm leaves.
  2. Garnish with a twist of lemon or lime.
  3. Serve with fruit salad.
  4. Serve with sandwiches.
