In a 9×13 inch glass baking dish, stir together the oil, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile measure out the chips, cereal, and pea crisps. Before measuring the chips, break them into smaller pieces, approximately the size of two corn puffs.
Add the chips, cereal, and pea crisps to the seasoned oil. Stir until well coated.
