Instructions
All ingredients in a medium-sized skillet. Mix spices in. Using a spatula, chop the meat into small pieces.
Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Using a spatula, chop the meat into small pieces, and stir.
Add tomato paste. Stir. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Add water. Cook for an additional 1 – 4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
