Instructions
Remove the pit from the avocado, and scoop the flesh into a shallow bowl. Mash the avocado until it’s mostly smooth.
Finely dice the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the avocado.
Add the lime juice, cilantro, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Chill for an hour for the flavors to develop.
