Little Fried Potato Pieces
Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces.
Put the potatoes in a sauté pan with high sides. Drizzle 2 Tbsp oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle the ajwan, salt, and garam masala over the potatoes. Stir.
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until the potatoes starts to brown and crisp.
Drizzle the remaining 2 Tbsp oil over the potatoes. Flip the pieces over.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes if more sides need to be crisped.
