  1. Peel the potatoes, and cut them into 1 inch thick pieces.
  2. Place the potatoes and water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Cook until potatoes are soft.
  3. Drain the water from the potatoes.
  4. Add the yogurt, ghee, and salt to the potatoes. Mash with a potato masher or a fork until smooth.
