Nectarine Blueberry Crumble
30 - 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Removed the nectarine pits. Cut the nectarines into ½ inch cubes. Put the pieces in an 8x8 glass baking dish.
Sprinkle the blueberries over the top of the nectarines.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the oats, rice flour, millet flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Add the ghee to the mixing bowl. Cut the ghee into the oat mixture until the mixture resembles pea-sized pebbles.
Add the water to the mix. Stir.
Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the fruit.
Peaches could be substituted for nectarines.
- Delicious warm or cold.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Serve with a vanilla or plain yogurt, possibly drizzled with honey.
