Instructions
  1. Add the oats and water to the blender. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the rhubarb.
  3. Add the rhubarb, strawberries, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Enjoy immediately while it’s cold.
