Ingredients

water

long stalk
rhubarb
(approximately 1/2 cup chopped)

frozen strawberries
1/2

yogurt
(dairy free and/or lactose free if needed)

maple syrup

vanilla powder

tsp
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add the oats and water to the blender. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, coarsely chop the rhubarb.
Add the rhubarb, strawberries, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy immediately while it’s cold.
