Instructions
  1. Finally dice the rosemary. Set aside.
  2. Add the oil and 2 tsp of the rosemary to a medium pot. Heat over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, measure out the salt and popcorn kernels.
  4. Add the popcorn kernels and salt to the pot. Turn to medium-high heat.
  5. Put a lid on the pot. Shake the kernels around every 10 seconds. As the kernels start to pop, shake the pot every 5 seconds.
  6. When there is approximately 3 second between kernels popping, the popcorn is done.
  7. Transfer the popcorn to a serving bowl.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining rosemary over the top.
