Stir in blended greens. Cook on medium heat. Stir after 10 minutes. It should be bubbling. Continue cooking on medium for additional 5 minutes and stir.
Lower heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes. Add ¼ cup water, and stir. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, stir.
Cook for 10 more minutes. When the saag is done, it will be thick and deep green in color.
