  1. Cut off the dark green parts of the green onions. Discard the white and light green parts for this recipe. Finely dice the dark green parts, and put them in a medium small bowl that has a lid.
  2. Cut off the stem of the dill. Finely dice the dill leaves. Add to the bowl.
  3. Add the sour cream, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Cover with a lid, and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will give the flavors time to blend.

  2. Use as a dip for veggies: tomatoes, carrots, celery.
