- 1 banana
- 4 large frozen strawberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla milk powder
- 1 tsp hemp protein powder

- Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
Recipe Notes
Notes: For a dairy free version, substitute the milk powder for 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. For lactose free version, add powdered lactase to the blender. Substitute any protein powder you wish.
