Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 Tbsp pea protein powder
- 3 cups water

Instructions
- Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: arugula, strawberries, raspberries, protein powder, and water.
- Blend on high until smooth and arugula pieces are very fine.
- Pour into 3 12oz jars.

Notes:
The arugula smell will fade within a few hours and then it is mostly tasteless in the smoothie. Smoothies will keep in mason jars for 3 days. Shake well before drinking. Extra smoothie can be poured into a popsicle mold and frozen to enjoy on a warm day.
