Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, maple syrup, yogurt masala, ginger, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cloves.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add the oats to the mixing bowl. Stir to evenly coat the oats.
  5. Spread the oats out on the prepared baking sheet in as thin of a layer as possible.
  6. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Add to plain yogurt (dairy free or lactose free if needed).
  2. Add to cottage cheese (lactose free if needed).
  3. Mix in pistachios and cashews.
