Baked Apple Slices

Ingredients
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 1 Tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove the core from the apples. Cut the apples into 1 inch thick slices.
- Arrange apple in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Put small pats of ghee on top of the apple slices. Sprinkle the slices with vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to coat the slices with the seasonings.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the slices over.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Stir.
- Bake for an additional 10 – 20 minutes until desired softness.
Recipe Notes
Serving Suggestions:
- As an oatmeal topping.
- With a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Top with granola.
