Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Pulse the oats in a food processor or coffee grinder. Leave some large pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir to mix well.
  3. Add the ghee and water. Stir until a dough forms and all of the cocoa is moistened.
  4. Roll into 12 balls, approximately 1 Tbsp each.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
