Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
In a 9×13 inch glass baking dish, stir together the oil, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile measure out the Crispix and chips. Before measuring the chips, break them into smaller pieces, approximately the size of two Crispix.
Add the Crispix and chips to the seasoned oil. Stir until well coated.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
