Ingredients
- 3 cups honeydew melon frozen
- 1 banana frozen
Instructions
- Let the honeydew and banana thaw at room temperature for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Peel the banana.
- Put the honey and banana in the blender.
- Blend until there are no chunks. Be patient with it. You’ll probably need to manually stir it every few pulses to get the right consistency.
- Freeze any leftovers.

Notes:
Freezing the whole banana (peel on) will prevent discoloration. If it is difficult to peel, microwave the banana for 3 – 5 seconds.
