Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Heat griddle on medium heat.
  3. Spoonfuls ~ 2 Tbsp per pancake. Cook 1-2 minutes. Flip when the bubbles are starting to pop. Cook 1 -2 minutes.
  4. Continue until all of the batter is cooked.

Recipe Notes

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  2. Top with honey butter.
  3. Serve with brie or goat cheese topped with finely diced dried cranberries.
  4. Served with herb goat cheese.
