Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Evenly space the shrimp over two large glass baking dishes.
  3. Drizzle the oil evenly over the shrimp.
  4. Sprinkle ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of pepper over the shrimp.
  5. Turn the shrimp over. Sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 4 – 7 minutes until fully cooked.

Recipe Notes

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Alongside red rice (ETP recipe).
  2. With soba noodles and bok choy.
