(peeled and deveined)

extra light olive oil

Himalayan salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Evenly space the shrimp over two large glass baking dishes.
Drizzle the oil evenly over the shrimp.
Sprinkle ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of pepper over the shrimp.
Turn the shrimp over. Sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper.
Bake for 4 – 7 minutes until fully cooked.
