Ingredients

3/4 cup vegetable shortening
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Combine the vegetable shortening, powdered sugar, water, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Stir until well mixed and the mixture turns to a smooth consistency.
Let the frosting sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
