Ingredients
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon balm leaves
- 20 cups water
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon.
- Place the cucumber and lemon slices and the lemon balm leaves into a large drink dispenser.
- Add the water.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Recipe Notes
Notes: The water with the cucumber, lemon, and lemon balm can be stored in the refrigerator for a day. If you remove the cucumber, lemon, and lemon balm, the infused water can be stored in the refrigerator for multiple days.
