Ingredients
- 1 large Hass avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Remove the pit from the avocado, and scoop the flesh into a shallow bowl. Mash the avocado until it’s mostly smooth.
- Finely dice the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the avocado.
- Add the lime juice, cilantro, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Chill for an hour for the flavors to develop.
