Ingredients
- 1 egg large
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1 box chocolate chip cookie mix gluten free if needed, like Open Nature

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the eggs, ghee, and water.
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, nutmeg, and all spice. Stir until the spices are evenly incorporated.
- Add the cookie mix. Stir until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 20 balls, approximately 1 inch across. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with 1 inch between cookies to allow for spreading. Use a second baking sheet or bake in two batches if needed.
- Bake for 13 – 15 minutes, or as instructed on the box.
- Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2 minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack.
