  1. In a medium-large pot, heat the oil, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cardamoms, and cloves on low for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken into bit-sizes pieces.
  3. Add the chicken, masala, butternut squash puree, and salt to the pot. Stir until the chicken is coated.
  4. Increase the heat to medium. Put a lid on the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir. Cook for 10 additional minutes.
  6. Stir. Turn the heat down to medium-low. Cook for 10 more minutes. When done, the chicken should be tender and white all the way through.
