Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot with water so that the water is 1 inch over the egg.
  2. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Heat to water on high until it boils.
  3. Turn the heat down to medium-high.
  4. When the timer rings, run the eggs under cold water for 1 minute.
  5. Remove the egg shell.

Notes:

Stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator, hard boiled eggs will keep for a few days.

 

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Chop and add to a salad.
  2. Used to make avocado egg salad.
