Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa once.
  2. In a medium pot (with lid), combine the water, quinoa, oil, and salt.
  3. Heat the pot on high to bring to a boil.
  4. When the quinoa is at a boil, put the lid on the pot and turn the heat to low.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes. The water should be completely absorbed.

Recipe Notes

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Serve with saag paneer (ETP recipe).
  2. Serve with dal (lentils).
