- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 dashes Himalayan salt

Instructions
- To make a simple syrup, combine sugar and ½ cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil. Stir, and reduce heat to medium-high. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved, approximately 5 minutes. Let the simple syrup cool.
- Blend the blueberries with 1 cup of water. Then add the remaining 3 cups of water, lemon juice, salt, and ¼ cup simple syrup. Blend to mix.
- Pass the lemonade through a strainer as you pour it into a pitcher.
- Chill.
