Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white rice flour
- 1 Tbsp corn meal
- dash chili powder
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Heat flours and oil on medium until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes, water, chili powder, and salt
- Heat on medium-low for 10 minutes.
