Pulse the oats in a food processor or coffee grinder. Leave some large pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir to mix well.
Add the ghee and water. Stir until a dough forms and all of the cocoa is moistened.
Roll into 12 balls, approximately 1 Tbsp each.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Roll in toasted coconut
- Roll in crushed freeze dried strawberries
- Rolle in crushed freeze dried blueberries
- Roll in crushed nuts.
