Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- Dash Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 3 Tbsp water

Instructions
- Pulse the oats in a food processor or coffee grinder. Leave some large pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir to mix well.
- Add the ghee and water. Stir until a dough forms and all of the cocoa is moistened.
- Roll into 12 balls, approximately 1 Tbsp each.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
