Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp extra light olive oil
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 cup Crispix
- 1 cup sweet potato sticks/puffs
- 1/2 cup quinoa chips
- 1/2 cup tortilla chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- In a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, stir together the oil, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile measure out the Crispix and chips. Before measuring the chips, break them into smaller pieces, approximately the size of two Crispix.
- Add the Crispix and chips to the seasoned oil. Stir until well coated.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
