Ingredients
- 1/3 yellow bell pepper
- 1 baby carrot
- 1 radish
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese lactose free if needed
- 1/2 avocado

Instructions
- Dice the bell pepper. Place the bell pepper in the serving bowl.
- Cut the carrot into thin rounds. Add them to the bowl.
- Finely dice the radish. Add it to the bowl. Toss the veggies in the bowl to mix. Scoot them to one side of the bowl.
- Spoon the cottage cheese into the serving bowl right next to the veggies.
- Cut the avocado half into slices. Place the avocado in the remaining space in the bowl.

Notes:
This cottage cheese bowl will keep well in the refrigerator overnight in an air tight container. If you are preparing it farther in advance, add the avocado on the day you plan on eating it.
