Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 3/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 Tbsp extra light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Crispix (or other cereal)
- 1/2 cup puffed corn cereal
- 1/2 cup plain ridged potato chips
- 1/2 cup sweet potato tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup pea crisps

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder, grind the fennel and cumin seeds to a powder.
- In a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, stir together the oil, ground fennel and cumin, curry powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile measure out the cereals, chips, and pea crisps. Before measuring the potato chips and tortilla chips, break them into smaller pieces, approximately Crispix sized.
- Add the cereal and potato chips to the seasoned oil. Stir until well coated.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
