Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 Hass avocado
- 1 vine ripened tomato
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 radish

Instructions
- Wash and dry all of the vegetables.
- Place the lettuce in the bottom of the salad bowl.
- Cut the avocado half into ½ inch cubes. Put the avocado on top of the lettuce.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Put the tomato on top of the avocado.
- Dice the cheese. Sprinkle it over the salad.
- Finely dice the radish. Sprinkle the radish over the salad.

Notes:
The salad will keep well in the refrigerator overnight. For longer storage, replace the vine ripened tomato with a handful of grape tomatoes.
