- 3 medium apples
- 4 dashes ground cinnamon
- non-stick spray
- 1 cup quick cook oats
- 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 dashes Himalayan salt
- 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Remove the core from the apples. Cut the apples into ¼ inch cubes.
- Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Place the apple in an even layer in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the oats, quinoa flakes, and salt. Add the oil and maple syrup. Stir until evenly moistened.
- Spread the oat topping evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 375°F. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
