Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp extra light olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup quinoa chips
- 1 cup pea crisps
- 1 cup puffed corn cereal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- In a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, stir together the oil, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile measure out the chips, cereal, and pea crisps. Before measuring the chips, break them into smaller pieces, approximately the size of two corn puffs.
- Add the chips, cereal, and pea crisps to the seasoned oil. Stir until well coated.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
