Instructions
  1. Let the honeydew and banana thaw at room temperature for 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. Peel the banana.
  3. Put the honey and banana in the blender.
  4. Blend until there are no chunks. Be patient with it. You’ll probably need to manually stir it every few pulses to get the right consistency.
  5. Freeze any leftovers.

Notes:

Freezing the whole banana (peel on) will prevent discoloration.  If it is difficult to peel, microwave the banana for 3 – 5 seconds.
