Sugar Free Cranberry Granola
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberry juice, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, all spice, salt, and cloves.
Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Add the oats to the mixing bowl. Stir to evenly coat the oats.
Spread the oats out on the prepared baking sheet in as thin of a layer as possible.
Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Add to plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy free or lactose free if needed) with a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Add to vanilla ice cream (dairy free or lactose free if needed).
- Add nuts and dried fruit to make a trail mix.
