Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp cranberry juice
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp all spice
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
- pinch ground cloves
- 2/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
- 1/3 cup quick cook oats (gluten free if needed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberry juice, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, all spice, salt, and cloves.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add the oats to the mixing bowl. Stir to evenly coat the oats.
- Spread the oats out on the prepared baking sheet in as thin of a layer as possible.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:
- Add to plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy free or lactose free if needed) with a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Add to vanilla ice cream (dairy free or lactose free if needed).
- Add nuts and dried fruit to make a trail mix.
