- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
- 1/8 tsp salt
- dash ground black pepper
- 6 rice crackers
Ingredients

- Smash avocado with a fork.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the smashed avocado. Watch for lemon seeds that may end up in the bowl. If you squeeze the lemon over a tea strainer, the strainer will catch any seeds.
- Add the cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Notes:
The flavors will develop more if the dip is stored in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but this isn’t an essential step.
Serving Suggestions:
- Great with tortilla chips.
- Add 2 tsp pomegranate seeds to take it up a notch!
