- 5 oz canned tuna
- 1 Hass avocado
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
Ingredients

- Mash together the tuna and avocado.
- Stir in the cilantro, lemon juice, and salt.
Serving Suggestions:
- Spoon the mixture on the wrap, and roll it up.
- Top cucumber slices.
- Serve with carrot sticks.
- Use as a dip for pretzels or kale chips.
