- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup sweet potato cooked
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1 Tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
- Run the blueberries and raspberries under cold water to wash them and thaw them a bit. Your blender will thank you.
- Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: sweet potato, arugula, blueberries, raspberries, protein powder, and water.
- Blend until smooth.

Notes:
This recipe was developed using the Nutri Ninja system. The arugula smell will decrease over time. Shake well before drinking. Extra smoothie can be poured into a popsicle mold and frozen to enjoy on a warm day.
