Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 Dashes Himalayan salt
- 7 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions
- To make a simple syrup, combine sugar, salt and 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil. Stir, and reduce heat to medium high. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the mint leaves. Let the simple syrup cool.
- Pass the lemon juice and lime juice through a strainer into a pitcher. Add the remainder of the water and ½ cup + 2 Tbsp of the simple syrup.
- Chill.

Notes:
Any extra simple syrup can be stored for 2 days in the refrigerator. Leaving the mint leaves in the simple syrup with make the mint flavor more pronounced in the next drink.
Serving Suggestions:
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
