Ingredients
- 4 tsp green onions dark green parts only
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 cup sour cream lactose free if needed
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Cut off the dark green parts of the green onions. Discard the white and light green parts for this recipe. Finely dice the dark green parts, and put them in a medium small bowl that has a lid.
- Cut off the stem of the dill. Finely dice the dill leaves. Add to the bowl.
- Add the sour cream, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Cover with a lid, and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will give the flavors time to blend.

- Serve with potato chips.
- Use as a dip for veggies: tomatoes, carrots, celery.
