Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp yogurt masala
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
- pinch ground cloves
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten free if needed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, maple syrup, yogurt masala, ginger, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cloves.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add the oats to the mixing bowl. Stir to evenly coat the oats.
- Spread the oats out on the prepared baking sheet in as thin of a layer as possible.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Serving Suggestions:
- Add to plain yogurt (dairy free or lactose free if needed).
- Add to cottage cheese (lactose free if needed).
- Mix in pistachios and cashews.
