- 1 egg large
- 1/3 English cucumber
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 1 radish
- Dash Himalayan salt

Instructions
- To hard boil the egg, place the egg in a pot with water so that the water is 1 inch over the egg. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Heat to water on high until it boils. Then, turn the heat down to medium-high. When the timer rings, run the egg under cold water for 1 minute. Then remove the egg shell. Chill the egg before adding it to the salad.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into quarters lengthwise. Then cut it into ½ inch thick pieces. Place the cucumber in the serving bowl.
- Cut the avocado into ½ inch cubes. Add the avocado to the serving bowl.
- Dice the bell pepper. Add the bell pepper to the serving bowl.
- Finely dice the radish. Add it to the serving bowl.
- Cut the egg into 4 rounds. Cut each round into 4 pieces. Add the egg to the serving bowl.
- Gently toss the salad.
- Finish with a dash of salt.
